Terms & Conditions


By ordering from Extraction Coffee Company, you hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • All items will be reserved for three (3) business days counted from date of order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after three (3) business days.
  • Orders are shipped out only when we receive proof of payment via email. Orders with pending payments on PayPal or unconfirmed bank deposits/transfers will not be dispatched. Orders made and paid after 10:00 AM, on weekends, and on holidays are shipped out on the next business day. Although we would like to serve our customers as best as we can, we reserve the right to refuse any orders if we cannot facilitate them or if we are not able to fulfill the customer's demands. 
  • We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time. Shipping transit time normally takes 1-3 business days for Metro Manila addresses, and 3-6 business days for Provincial addresses, excluding holidays and Sundays. There will be no specific delivery time, although couriers will honor standard business hours for office addresses. Some delays in delivery also to be expected during the monsoon and/or holiday season.
  • We will ship according to the shipping address you have provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Kindly notify us immediately of any changes or updates before your order is dispatched in order to avoid parcel loss. The customer will shoulder any additional expenses due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address or if the package has been returned to us by the courier. 
  • Shipments are considered "Provincial" for any destination outside of Metro Manila. This includes nearby provinces of Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna. 
  • You will be responsible in tracking the shipment with the courier once the package has been dispatched. A waybill number and tracking instructions will be sent to you in a follow-up email when your order has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking information might not be updated immediately. 
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or theft once the package leaves our warehouse. We do not issue refunds or exchanges to lost or damaged goods from the courier service, nor do we exchange unwanted goods. Although we trust that our courier is safe and efficient, we do recommend that you insure your package for a minimal fee (1% of the total declared value). Should you wish to add insurance to your package, kindly email us or indicate this intention by adding a comment right before completing checkout. 
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL—We do not accept Returns/Exchanges. We are confident in the quality of our products. Please be careful to read all the product descriptions, i.e. measurements, weight, etc., before finalizing your order. We will be happy to entertain any questions or concerns you may have before making your final order. All delicate and fragile items are packaged with care with bubble wrap free of charge. All items that leave the warehouse are in 100% perfect condition and are shipped with a trusted courier. Though we are not responsible for damaged goods during transit, we will do our best in ensuring that the items arrive to you in perfect condition.
